Accessibility Statement

Basa is committed to making its public, invite-access, and authenticated experiences accessible and usable. Our target for new and remediated interface work is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

We are actively reviewing and improving shared components, invite flows, forms, contracts, and application workflows. Accessibility overlay widgets are not treated as a substitute for code-level remediation.

Response Timing

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and provide a status update or remediation path within ten business days when the issue can be reproduced.

Alternative Access

If a third-party signing, document, or embedded workflow is not accessible, contact us so we can provide a reasonable alternative path.
